  This is a link that can be maximized by prohibitionism, or minimized by individual freedom. Since the latter is obviously possible(we know this thanks to our own history) why focus on the strategic dead-end(lose, lose, lose) of "IQ = outcome"? Seems highly counterproductive.

  The old saying, "What have you got to lose" Seems to be more applicable than your I.Q. theory. Social ostracizing and lack of opportunity fuel crime more than Low I.Q. While the lack of education is a major factor, I agree, it has never been the primer used to fuel the criminal
