Just because they said Epstein is dead, does not mean he is dead. He were associated with US & world leaders. He could be in some kind secret lock down. Epstein being alive or dead does not mean the investigation stopped.

I strongly doubt that he is alive, the people that he had dirt on have no love for him and they are powerful. The only way that I could see him still being alive is if the prosecution set this up to avoid a real hit.
