Funny, I've covered a great deal of other women's maternity leave in my time hitting the ground running - in high heels - as a temp, than any bloke I know. I've been the one left looking for another job when the mother returned. Not their male colleagues.

I have covered for men’s vacation and bereavement time without complaint. It’s what you do. I never needed a maternity leave because I was home until my kids all went to school. Dress code is business casual, and I’m able to be comfy and modest.

All employers in the US are forced to steal labor from their non-diverse employees so that they can pretend it is being performed by their diverse employees.
