I worked on oil rigs for 5 years, and ships before that. Not many women to be seen. But on the rare occasion there was, a lot still wore at least a little makeup. Thankfully!

My wife goes to work every day with no make up. Has never dyed her hair either. Grey as can be. She looks fantastic. I think many women are jealous that they are not as free as she. Best mother 2 children could have also.
