Genrikh Yagoda joined the Bolsheviks in 1907, and later became the director of the NKVD, and intelligence agency. He was responsible for the torture & slaughter of at LEAST 10 million people, mostly Christians. He liquidated 1/4 of St Petersburg. Never heard of him? Why not?
