A left leaning researcher, who voted for Clinton in 2016, has already testified before Congress that Google's search results & other social media manipulations likely shifted 2.6 million votes to Clinton in 2016 AT A MINIMUM. If I recall he entered the results into record.

I think we give google too much credit. I bet they have fixed search results for many topics, not run through an algorithm. Waste of processing power to compute “Communism” or “Conservatism” every search. Easier to fix results updated every ~30 days. Aka published search results
