It's established precedent in common law. A phone cannot say "we refuse to provide phone service to a Klan chapter." Because the phone company cannot deny service to the Klan, they cannot be responsible if the Klan uses the phones to plan a bombing.

Why can't DJT enforce the Constitution that our leaders took an oath to protect? Like contracts,do they only apply to those that signed it ie, the Founding Fathers? Their oath says to discharge their duties. Discharge-Exempt, exonerate,free (from an obligation) PLAY ON WORDS???
