There's no gender pay gap. It's been debunked by economists many times. It's against federal wage laws (since 1963) to pay equally qualified people less than one another. If employers actually did this it would make the most economic sense to hire only women.

One other thing I really like about Stefan's war on stupidity lately is that his responses are not only devastating but nearly instant.

How did you giving a general bit of decent advice devolve into people taking it personally because they try to prove themselves the exception... Are we back in the 90's where "I'm not like the other girls, I like to do boy things" or something nonsensical like that?

Men are statistically LESS likely to report abuse due to embarrassment/ lack of support. THey are MORE likely to remain in abusive relationships and MORE likely to lose their kids thru no fault of their own.

I will defy any woman to challenge the validity of those stats. And women who abuse also manipulate the system to their advantage in order to subjugate their partners. The system is set up to support this. It has to change.

My son endured two years of verbal, emotional and physical abuse at the hands of his wife who threatened to withhold his stepkids if he left. Men do not have equal defense or equal representation in cases of abuse. They are not taken seriously. this stuff is REAL.

That’s twaddle. Women die at the hands of domestically violent men at a far higher rate, which is growing rapidly.

Rubbish, men hit their partners, their fathers, their brothers, their mothers and other males waaay more often than a woman hits a man or a child,
