It's advice to the younger generation and healthy in any society not falling apart. I know women living with this regret, I'd like to see less & instead moms hugging their child on their birthday & lighting candles rather than scanning Facebook to see if anyone noticed theirs.

Just as many women regret having children for the wrong reasons. There is nothing healthy about lecturing childless people on why they should have children. Society will do fine without that. Don’t lecture women about focusing on male bits while you’re focusing on theirs.

Ya, young people know everything, they don't need advice! Everything is just "lecturing", just be free for today and don't look down the road! Where is the sane mother that regrets her child being alive? It's your type that is playing them until it's too late, then bounce.

No. Young women do not need to be advised on when and if to have a baby by a person they don’t know and who can’t physically do that themselves. Plenty of mothers have regrets about the opportunity costs of motherhood. Most are ok with paying those costs.

No one other than mother nature is putting a timeline on women, just asking them to think it all the way through to the end.

And blindly lobbing the “you’ll be bored after 40” argument is a great reason to bring a child into this world.
