Anyone who has spent any time at a real job knows THERE’S NO SUCH THING as equal work. Equal pay? THAT would be enforced unfairness.

You get paid what you’re worth? From a ‘philosopher’ viewpoint how do you think that is determined? By whom? Why is a carer paid too little to pay their mortgage and a singer paid millions, for example?

Where’s your data to support that statement?

A woman can't handle logic and evidence, AL they have is feelings and they will base there actions around it.

probably would go bankrupt bc women are actually overpaid for what they produce ..

its a social/biological fact that women fall behind the curve because it falls to their gender to be the babymakers. Its fact. There IS a differential. Its STILL about choosing what you value- motherhood vs$. Whatver ur choice, defend it but dont blame others for consequences

Up yours grandpa! You are categorically wrong about the ERA. Here’s some legalese for you: For an Amendment to become law it must be ratified by every state in the union. 1)

ERA stalled in the Red States where conservitards like you, vaunting motherhood no less, refused to pay for paid maternal leave because it would screw up the right wing business model of paying women less and firing them when they become pregnant! 2)
