A good deal of the physicality has been taken out of the building trade, I started carrying hods of bricks and cwt bags of plaster up ladders when I was 17. It's all electric hoists, prefab and system build these days.

Thank you. Stefan lives in another world. I seriously doubt he has ever paid attention to the various ways women work in the world. I know many that work in construction & lead crews. I doubt he has any idea of how important women were in WWII.
