If you can't make generalizations, you can't have a conversation. You'll get bogged down in the, "yeah, buts".

I stand corrected, they are actually not even generalizations, he often says "never" or "all" or "everyone". I think you automatically lose the plot with a majority of people when you use such absolute terms.
