Family can be everyone. I know so many parents who are still all alone by 60 despite having kids. Kids are no guarantee for a fulfilled life nor should they be responsible for your happiness. The only one who is responsible for making u happy is yourself.

I think it's always a good idea 2 hav friends outside da family. I've heard it improves your quality o life 2 socialize with non family members ie peopl ur not related 2. Am I wrong? I don't like cats decimating our nativ wildlife in nz, I prefer a pet dog! The famn damily! Lol
