South Africa will return to what it was before the Europeans came. It’s unavoidable sadly.https://twitter.com/HendrikDeRyke/status/1157171015534821377 …

If you try to print money to handle a crisis do it secretly, in a moderate amount and stop as soon as possible. This trick will probably only work once if at all.

Europeans arrived to South Africa (Cape) before any African tribes.

Not really, there where some hunter gatherers living there. That way of living was all the land allowed those days without modern technology. If the Europeans had not arrived the bantu would probably had wiped out the natives by now.

No it won’t, it will be much worse than before “Europeans came”! Considering that the population is 50x larger than it was Pre- colonialism. There is no way to “Decolonize” without mass starvation, civil war! We are in big trouble!

After a one night layover in Johannesburg where we were basically confined to our hotel because of violent crime and safety concerns , I knew I would probably never return to the disaster of a country of South Africa.

Where do you see hope? Eskom is Billions in debt with no hope of recovery, water and roads infrastructure is Billions behind in critical maintenance, brain drain is taking huge amounts of highly qualified people away and our education system is unable to replace them. We're done.

That's not even mentioning crime, over population, the growing ratio of grant recipient to taxpayers, shrinking tax base, currency devaluation etc etc etc.
