Stefan, I don't see how that computes, but I like the sentiment.

more workers = lower wages fewer workers = higher wages

Even if true (it's not because there are other factors) the family as a whole makes less. Resulting in increased poverty. So, No. Not everyone wins.

yeah it's called "supply and demand" as the supply of workers goes down, wages tend to go up

He’s basing this on the 1950’s when Americans had the best standard of living.

People had lower expectations. One car, they didn't do big vacations and didn't eat out. Obesity was low,and people had each other. Watch this video. It's funny and sad. There's no community, few school volunteers.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hv0M4mnrE8 …

coincidence? I think no. Our family ate out maybe 4 times a year. The grocery store was small and people shopped a lot for fresh food. Obesity almost didn't exist.

My wife stayed home. Doing the math, it was easy. No daycare, no need for "office attire", less mileage on the car. Ability to home cook meals (savings), when we needed school uniforms, I bought 5 so one load of laundry, make wifes life easier! Daddy Day on saturday! Mom off!

My daughter stays home also and raises 3 kids. He husband budgets her & house spending. All is well and the children are very happy kids. The are Bless with a lot at their age for doing it right. It’s a choice!

I am a stay home mum and feel blessed to have the opportunity to be. Child care is expensive why pay someone to take care of your babies when you get to do it yourself! I Couldn't imagine it any other way it's sometimes a struggle but we have more than some..we are truly blessed

Toxic feminism has destroyed the family unit.. Society convincing women to go out and work for Corporate greed while sacrificing true happiness .. a family of her own. Sad. Once she realizes that her life is incomplete.. its too late to have children.. Sadder

When I had my baby, we did the math on my working and after all the incidental costs of being in the workforce, we found I’d only be netting around $200 a month. So I quit & stayed home: BEST DECISION! I recommend any of these books to anyone looking for ways to stay homepic.twitter.com/qg5mdiFaGA
