What stef proposed would prevent the vast majority of need for a foster system. Also people dont like trying to reprogram all of the bad habits and behaviors bad parents teach kids.

Don't twist my words, I never said anything of the sort. I'm just glad that insane leftists decide not to procreate and make things worse in the world. In 50 years hopefully, the problem will have taken care of itself and there won't be enough of them left to cause problems.
