No one mention to her that the only age group with net increase in employment are over 40 for the last decade. Seems that the education mafia can't teach anymore so you have to hire older people who still posses critical thinking skills.

She's not talking about school. She's referring to your idea that women should raise kids first and then start their career. Women looking for their first job in their 30s or 40s will have a hard time finding an employer who will hire them.

That's a cop-out. You're entitled your opinion abt women raising kids over having a career, but don't pretend it wouldn't be a huge sacrifice, if hvng a satisfying career was important for them. It would likely be a sub-par career and saying otherwise just sounds disingenuous.

Will you pay for the school or distance learning for them, Stefan? I have to know why you're so invested in whether women have children. Is it about what you think women should do, or do you just love children so much you think the world needs a constant running supply?
