>tells us to marry early and have children, THEN start our careers
>tells us to save as much as we can while we’re young
Pick one side or the other, buddy.

It worked for my wife. Had kids at 19, got a job when the youngest was 13, 2 years later opened her own business and hired the kids when they were old enough. Family/career together.
-
Wow cool for you, except it’s not financially possible for most women to have kids at 19 without support. Also some of us find enjoyment in our careers now/just straight up don’t want kids.
-
It's never financially possible to have kids. That's also why those that don't want them shouldn't have them.
-
Tell that to Stefan.

Social security is beer money in retirement, at best. Don't ever count on it. The Dumocrats will need it and take it from you to pay for world healthcare.
-
Absolutely, it's a legal Ponzi scheme. With the reduction in birth rates, there are more and more drawing from it than paying in. People under thirty should be given the option to opt into something better.

They will confiscate it if you save like crazy, just like they did in Greece.

This is another reason why owning Bitcoin is a sound idea.
-
Government monopoly ownership of the money production is monetary socialism. Licensing this monopoly to a banking cartel for their privatized gains when they succeed or our socialized losses when they fail is an unfair misallocation of resources. Bitcoin solves this problem

OK. I'm curious. Is this a big topic for you because you and your wife had fertility struggles?
-
It's a big issue because women are being lied to, and are consequently not preparing themselves for quality marriage/Parenthood which has negative long term effects on society as a whole
-
I agree.

Explain to me why they always talk about running out of soc sec when we pay 15% into it and don't receive a return on our investment. Yet no one ever talks about running out of welfare and no one pays into that.
-
Governments don’t spend within their means they just print money to pay their debts until the money is worthless. All obligations will be paid but what they are paid in will be worthless. It’s MMT baby
-
Sadly that is so true
