It's not the fact that you said women should have children first, then a career that's the issue (although, I feel like you don't understand that being a mama IS a full time job & leaves no room for a career). It's your framing that comes off offensive. Delivery is important.

I got my university degree 12 years ago. And I have managed ro work, married and have soon 4 kids. Childless people dont know whay they are missing.
