think about all the other problems solved if we had older, wiser, more conservatively dressed women in the workplace - not young hotties trying to use their sexuality to get ahead. smart women could advance completely on merit. no more promotions cuz mini-skirts and cleavage.
Also, some women hit menopause in their late 30s, early 40s. 46 here and still in the workplace. I’ll be honest, it’s not easy. You get tired more often, health issues become more prevalent. Fertility issues make things more difficult. Thank the gods I had my son at 21. I wanted another but waited to long.

The majority of women DO NOT hit menopause in their late 30’s, early 40’s. I don’t know of any woman in my family or circle of friends that were in menopause at those ages.

oh yes...menopause is the worse...going on my 2nd year. Hot flashes are the worst part...followed by not sleeping, and the weight gain. I'm lucky I have an amazing man that understands.

Men buy more things like red sports cars and pretend they are relevant, ha ha . I didn’t have that bad of a time with menopause .. not having a period is a freedom beyond belief and it didn’t bother the bedroom at all.

While true , the way the message is delivered is as important as the message. No one wants to hear theyre no longer viable goods. They would most certainly take the myth over reality that way. There needs to be a new way to get the message across
