Here's a quantum-mystery way to do it gradually: Use an auto-repeat timer and smoke, say, once an hour (even when you sleep). Add two minutes to the timer interval setting each time you take a hit. I know, it's super complex.

Use my trick, you must be responsible and always working toward your goals, otherwise don’t smoke pot. As long as your bills are paid, your vehicle is legal, your cupboards are full of food, you have a great job you love or you are in school, you can smoke. I retired at 42yo
