I think the difference pointed out here was about universality and inclusion. Christianity has that, as opposed to the other religion.

Yeah, the conversion process is intentional restrictive—it’s one of the ways they maintain in-group preference & ethnocentrism. I don’t blame them. But I take issue with how they’re allowed to segregate themselves while they demand inclusion for every other closed group.
