Greek philosophy and Christian ethics. Don’t see the “Judeo” bit much, but I’m happy to be enlightened.https://twitter.com/FeriVanyi/status/1155342970935291904 …

Those values gave the basis of this culture for centuries, thus although it's not "religion based", the principles of today stem from the Judeo-Christian ideology, like it or not.

Well, Judeo-Christian is used as one term, considering that they both have the same basis, same origins. I'm sure that when you say Christian, and I say Judeo-Christian, we mean the same thing. It's just semantics, really.

No it’s not. Christians welcome converts easily. Judaism, not so much.

Nonsense. One of my security chiefs converted to Judaism. It was an incredibly lengthy and difficult process.

This term bugs me It used to mean Jews who converted to Christianity Now it defines a new Ideology, spreading and inserting Judaism into Christianity and overshadowing its traditional values Like a new religion, less Jesus and more about God’s plan for Israel

And this is why Jesus overturns the tables of the money changers in the temple. My House will be a house of worship for all people.

It takes from any September thru to Easter to become a Catholic. Just like in 1st century AD. There is much to know and take in as a catechumen( seeking Christianity) we do not take it as an emotional snap judgement and grant Baptism on a “ Desire” alone.

That's simply not true Stephon. Judaism welcomes conference. They're actually held in higher esteem because they choose Judaism. I'm not sure what's happened to you.

Depends on the rabbi. Conversion is an extensive process because a convert is required to follow a complex set of spiritual laws like all Jews. Converting someone who would then break the laws would actually do damage to the convert and the rabbi.

That doesn't make the 2 ideologies not share the same origins. Of course they are not the same today, they both evolved differently throughout the ages. Using the term Judeo-Christian is not arguing that they are the same TODAY.
