This is a demonstration of a lack of basic respect for other human beings. When kids are never taught basic values of decency this is a predictable result. If they were not taught the basic human values as kids they likely will never learn such values.

It will. Then the govt of the UK will order their own military to enact marshal law (likely). Question is, do they have what it takes to shoot their own citizens? Because that's what they'll be asked to do. Or, will they do what's right, and take over the govt to reestablish it?
