That is a ghastly, terrible and false series of allegations against whites. Most natives in NA (never 100m) were killed by smallpox, not whites. No one even knew germs even existed. The Indian population rose massively under the Raj. Then you say racism is white.https://twitter.com/IndianInterest/status/1154743343177277440 …

      1. Islamic invaders killed 100s of millions of Indians. Not 10s of millions. 2. The British killed over 100 million Indians. 3. Your people killed over 100 million Native Americans. 4. Racism is a European invention. You've infected the world with it. https://twitter.com/StefanMolyneux/status/1154089710236684293 …

"Never 100 million", you say? How's this for a fact: In 14 years, between 1494 & 1508, ~8 million Native Americans were murdered by Europeans. (From Howard Zinn's "A people's history of the US"). 8 Million. In just 14 years. Need more evidence? Shall we add up the numbers?pic.twitter.com/PU1deUi6LX

I’ve heard it said that smallpox pretty much decimated the NA populations before a shot was fired. How true is that?

It is very true – the sick natives fled from tribe to tribe, unknowingly carrying smallpox. Many, many times, the European settlers came across the most appalling scenes of death by disease.

Oh, right! Europeans didn't kill Native Americans, smallpox did. Just like Hitler didn't kill the Jews, bullets and Zyklon-B (hydrogen cyanide) did.https://twitter.com/StefanMolyneux/status/1154818977413128194 …

The Europeans not only killed the natives in very large numbers, they did something even more disgusting, they took away human dignity from people, they destroyed entire histories, cultures and ways of life, crimes that have no atonement, the most disgraceful behavior of any ppl.

Wrong, at least in one incident Small Pox was deliberately used by Britain. I am not saying what you are saying is wrong, but at least in one occasion Small Pox was intentionally used by British. https://www.umass.edu/legal/derrico/amherst/lord_jeff.html …

The colonizers handed out bedsheets as gifts, laden in small pox virus. The epidemic spread killing Native Americans.

Actually smallpox came down from the North. Europeans only inadvertently gave smallpox to the Aztecs
