How about taking H1Bs and grants from American universities only to leave (I’d rather they leave, but without my money).
Indians complaining about wealth being forcibly extracted from them and sent overseas... Indians very happily took massive amounts of foreign aid from the West, particularly from America. Same thing.

One is took ie past tense and one is taking ie present tense.

And both are immoral so let's fight together against state coercion everywhere, India, UK, US etc. Before we can fight it (as in stop supporting it) we have to see it. We have to open out eyes to all coercion including our own of others (such as our kids for instance)

I'm curious to know how much India recieved in foreign aid from the west vs how much resources were extracted from India during the colonial years? And how much has India benefited from Britian's modernizing influence vs how much the British benefited from India's eastern ways.
