Also, a fetus doesn't "take over your organs". The pregnant female body wonderfully sustains two lives. It's even been shown that repair happens in the woman's because of the fetal tissue.

Technically, conception is a contract. You know full well that heterosexual sex makes babies, and enter into an agreement when you copulate. [Insert oral contract joke here.] The gestating human is an invitee, and its safety is your full responsibility/liability; see negligence.
