I eat according to the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for my digestive disorder. I only eat sugar from fruits and real honey. It's truly sad to see how much sugar has been put into our foods. No surprise that we have developed so many degenerative diseases since the early 1900s.

Do it in stages. I had to slow down, I could not stop. I would leave my soda can heavy, don't empty it. Then a bit more later on. I wasted money, but I kicked the sugar addiciton. 60 lbs lighter, 10 years later and it's still off. I love soda, sugar. I just cut portions big time

Eating sugar in any form have literally ruined the health of millions around the world. They have also cost America, in particular, billions in health care costs, disability and loss of life :( Sex without love has also ruined people.
