Not an expert on the Old Testament or Talmud but heard that it has some pretty harsh verses about women. Something Islam critics and New Athiests and Conservatives will not only refuse to point out but condemn others for doing so

Generally many people are willing to criticize Islam which is something I do not have an issue with. However those same people never crtitique or allow others to critique Judaism and Jewish texts for the same reasons. Women in orthodox communities are not treated well
