Not extraordinary rights. The same right against being murdered that everyone else has.

No, you want to give them the rights to use the body of another person, regardless of that person's will. That's a right no other human has.

The rights that all children have. This is how all children are born. Are you under the impression they come from the Stork?

I don't think you have understood what I am saying. Most born children have the continuous consent of the mother. What makes you think that a child has a right to the mother's body without such consent?

The mother has no right of consent once she has conceived. You do not have a right to kill someone, full-stop. Revocation of consent does not give you the right to kill someone. Rape does not give you the right to kill someone (society doesn't even execute rapists).

Of course she does. Consent is revocable. One cannot be compelled to give up the use of any part of their body, even if someone will die. Basic bodily autonomy.

Consent is not revocable in the case of childbirth as it results in a greater harm: murder. People have been compelled to give up parts of their body for others for all of time -- in the act of childbirth.

So, in NO OTHER CASE BUT CHILDBIRTH, all people have the right to bodily autonomy. But, for some reason, a pregnant woman has given up an essential human right.

The baby is not her body. It is IN her body. Does a woman get to cut off a man’s penis when it is voluntarily in her vagina? It’s like saying that your freedom of movement allows you to strangle someone.

Yes, it is IN her body, and USING her body. If a woman revokes consent in the middle of sex, if the man does not remove his penis, it is rape. As to your silly analogy, it is very silly.

Ok so the baby should just “remove himself from her body”? I just can’t, sorry
