What if countries evolved in order to allow similar groups to coexist and compete without screaming “racism” all the time?

Your error here is that you presume they must be divided along race lines. Yes, similar groups with similar values coexist in the same country. But white or black or brown individuals could have identical values and coexist peacefully in America. So why is “race” relevant?
