        The christian religion was created as a religion for slaves.The vast majority of the people then where slaves. All those sayings "show your other cheek, obey your masters, give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar (your money, his picture was on it), etc.... was to control the people

        Individual rights should take precedence over group rights. Nobody should be forced to do anything not inline with his/her personal values or belief system. Freedom can only exist if it doesn't impede on anybody els's freedom !
