It's not a contract. ToS has practically never been legally binding to the service providers. They can and do change at the whim of the company, sometimes ex post facto.

Correct. Also, it's puzzling why tech companies wld put themselves in a liability position by making arbitrary censorship decisions over pol content. Once they cross that arbitrary neutral line, they essentially own the opinions of all ppl & content they permit on their platforms
