Whites decided on birth control quite a while back, so has China, Japan & other countries..it's Africa, India Middle East that have out of control birth rates. Something needs to be done to stem them...but that is RACIST to say isn't it?
Stop foreign aid. Pass the tax savings onto Western families so we can have more kids.
