Good god no. You use force to keep the pedo away from the child, since the child cannot consent to sex. I’d be fine with a 2x4 if necessary.

Who determines when a child can consent in an ancap society? What if the client consents? What if the parent of said child consents as well? I don't see how you can enforce decency without a centralized authority.
