The problem with philosophy in its present mindset is, it asks "is life worth living" (I'm the center of the universe), when it should be asking is life worth preserving (i'm one with all souls).

I agree if the philosophy includes a healthy dose of pure logic. Too many philosophers overlook the importance of logic and inject emotion and feelings into their musings, which undermines the whole purpose.

I also feel it takes a certain level of intelligence to understand "WHY" things are immoral. I would think the actions of someone who knows why something is wrong would be different than someone knowing what's wrong.
