Exactly. Whites already had a tradition of free trading due to the constant rise and fall of monarchy governments with associations based on core competencies (guilds/farmer/trader/etc). Props to the English for developing infrastructure and education and systems in colonies.

To me the best proof of this is that non-white/western nations that imitated the free market principles used by these nations became equally prosperous, in spite of many of them lacking any history of colonialism.
