I was a domestic abuse worker, jobs were (legally) reserved for women. Except one male feminist, ex police, managed to get employed. My manager was over the moon - our service was so progressive! Until the complaints started,yep, he was an abuser. Charming, manipulative liar.

In another job within social care my supervisor was a male feminist who screamed abuse at me & hit a table when I expressed concerns about a client (who murdered someone a month later) and my feminist male manager who said he’d sack me I refused supervision by said ‘counsellor’.

My favourite tho was the feminist male psychiatric nurse who was very well loved & respected. Until it turned out he’d been blackmailing and drugging a client into having sex with him & threatened to blow her up if she talked. Then turned out he’d been having sex with his adult
