Imagine how wealthy you would have to be to get a single ice cube in summer for 99.999% of human history.https://twitter.com/XDays/status/1144824040541917184 …

When my grandfather was a little boy, he got a orange for Christmas. Because that was considered an exotic food. Now he can go to any supermarket in the world and eat as many as he wants. Modern infastructure lets you live better than the emperors of old.

And another small clue on how fruits and veggies aren’t health foods. Europeans couldn’t get a hold of these fruits for millennia, maybe only seasonaly before that. Now they are just sugar bombs people eat every day. This is a new phenomenon. We didn’t evolve to handle this.

Not all royals lived like Louis XIV. The Danish royalty shit on straw and froze during winter. Most people on welfare now live better than the average royal did. The have TV, internet, hot water and food.

No one would go to 7-11 for a 'feast'. KINGS, from only a few hundred years ago, didn't even have access to the diversity of foods in 7-11 storage... let alone a supermarket. We can have peace on Earth when everyone gets a cut. peace/piece/cut We. are. all. most. there.🕊️

Some people cut their own icecubes for others ice was inescapable. Who needs icecubes when you can use a spring at 40 degrees also. Spring cooling is how it was done before refrigeration and in places where ice could not be cut or collected.
