FIFY: Those who work for a living are being enslaved by those who vote for THEIR living.

Nowhere in the world is this truer than in South Africa where a mere 6% of the people pay 90% of the taxes and more than one third of the population (17+ million of around 55 million) primarily or totally depend on social grants to survive. A regular Socialist paradise, right?

The people get the government they deserve. It all works out.

Government is too large a sector in the economy. In my city, the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 10th largest employers (excluding military) are universities, county, and city employees. That is a government self-perpetuation machine. Look who is donating to the Dems.
