People, just take a look at the rest of the world. In Europe we have the same numbers, in Italy 8% of the population commit the 46% of the crime. Are all the world racist, or maybe the problem is somewhere else?
THERE IS NO SYSTEMIC RACISM IN AMERICAN POLICING. Some groups just commit a whole lot more crime.

Not at the federal level, but there are certainly local policies that the Police could fix. But that is a county/state issue
