I’m not! They made the decision to put themselves in this situation, to put themselves and their children at risk. The border patrol, etc needs a small fleet of planes that make daily runs the these illegal immigrants respective countries, to drop them off as fast as they come.
My concern is that (mostly) female voters are too sentimental to maintain borders.

I think there are arguments to be made that this is still more libertarian of them than whatever republicans of today are heading towards.

They don’t want open borders because they are libertarians, they want open borders bc their nurturing instincts tell them to be nice and care for distraught people no matter the price the host nation will have to pay now and in the future.

That's what I think but notice that I didn't say they were libertarian but that their position, even if they don't realize it, is more libertarian. Of course there would still be the step of ending the welfare state but I am not expecting the right to adovcate for that either.

This is true. I have a theory that men and women cannot fully mature until after they are married and then again after they have children. It's a necessary step for most people to gain full maturity.
