Wow that was my thought on this. Adults MUST take responsibility for their own actions. It was his choice to make that impossible trip and put their lives in grave danger and has sadly ended in such a tragic outcome.

Why have the bodies not been dragged out to apply mouth to mouth just in case? I live in a country where many have been brought back, assumed drowned. Why drag them out and check for signs when the pose is so artful?
