I’m not sure how common this is in the Hispanic community - there do seem to be a lot of likes.
It's supposed to be funny to the Hispanic populace because of how over the top it is. Not sure it's meant to be taken seriously but I could definitely be wrong.

It's been remarked on before (in relation to a lot of the "hidden camera", so-called light entertainment TV shows for Hispanic audiences)... There is a rich sadistic streak running right through that culture. And the likes for that vid are disgraceful
I'm Spanish I'm a follower of Stephan. But I think he has a kind of grudge on Hispanics. I guess something cultural inherited from the "Anglocabrón" empire.
