I did LSD, DMT, Mushrooms, Cocaine, Ecstacy, and Copious amounts of marijuana from age 17-24 and then just Weed forever, IQ was 132 when I was 13, IQ is 133 when tested at 27. Maybe effects some people more than others?

All these 140 IQ geniuses who don’t understand antidotal evidence doesn’t refute a study and that this isn’t even good antidotal evidence because there’s no pre drug test. Starting to think they might be lying

I have a relative who started regularly smoking marijuana at the age of 12 and now at 27 years old he still has an adolescent mindset. Research generally shows regular drug use started at a young age prevents brain development.
-
mindset and intellectual quotient are two different things
-
True. I am talking about mindset and behavior, as in temper tantrums, communication challenges, lack of motivation, poor memory, unable to process certain information, depression, lying, etc.
-
I wouldn't deny that drugs, even and perhaps moreso than some, weed, do cause at least some of that. But you could also say the general culture of victimhood olympics encourages much of that mindset as well. The validictorian of my high school smoked weed every day and went 2 MIT
-
Graduated from MIT with a great degree in science and got a great career in the defense industry as I believe an engineer. Any influence of anything including drugs can be overcome with determination and dedication.
-
Individual cases can be assessed, but again, research has generally shown early drug use will more likely delay brain development.

Stefan's asking the real question here.

-
For me, the main issue of drug use (besides the affect on the one's IQ) is that it makes people weak. It lowers their ability to deal with stress on their own and weakens their will power, making them less capable of defering gratification.

If he doesn't understand the concept of an average I doubt he understands what IQ is
