I saw Timothy Leary known for psychedelic theory and G Goron Liddy at St. Thomas University Sept. 18, 1990 debating "The State of Mind and The Mind of State." I had nothing to compare Mr. Leary's state of mind prior to his self experiments; he seemed at a loss for words at times.
