over a 1000 kids and 38 ABUSERS had lower IQ issue bcuz smoking during their growth years, and that is news ? Everything you eat, drink, smoke ...can do that while you are growing.
My first thought is that smoking pot before 18 likely has deleterious effects on the quality of environment. I doubt the mechanism here is simply the consumption of cannabinoids. The IQ is malleable up to 16 years or so.
