When I became disabled at the age of 17, I threw away the shackles of religion over time. I no longer believe in a higher power other than what I can do myself.

When I had a NDE after open heart surgery nearly 5 years ago now. It changed me in ways I never thought possible. I have a relationship with God now and I lost my fear of death, because we truly do not die, we are simply just going home where we truly belong

My first one was an adult member of my church explaining how we’re in the end times and any moment the world was gonna end. Second was driving in the car with my 1 year old son asleep in the back, it dawned on me that moment what life was all about.
