I went to high school in New Hampshire during the mid/late 80s. Our school almost lost it's accreditation. Public funded anything sucks because no one takes ownership.

I also grew up in 1980's New Hampsire; the schools were amazing back then. I do recall there was a single non white face.....an east asian specifically.
