I've often wanted to take a survey of black women to see which attribute, black or female, has exposed them to more unfair treatment by society. Something tells me it would be the former- especially as it pertains to history.

Just because 'the vast majority of resources flowed to them' (which I'm highly skeptical of) doesn't mean they weren't exploited, or victims. Things aren't always clear cut.
